Raul Hernández – Partner

Architect – 28 years as a large-scale hotel and real estate development project Superintendent.

Raul is a unique talent, respected for his knowledge and expertise in technically complex planning and construction of hotels and a wide range of real estate products. Raul is an expert project development planner with a high emphasis on cost and quality controls that are woven into the development plan prior to execution. Raul is a member of the college of architects and is licensed by the State of BCS and Municipality of Los Cabos as DRO-Inspector.

Raul has been the Senior Superintendent on many high profile developments in Mexico City, Huatulco, Guadalajara, Los Cabos, Monterrrey and Veracruz.

Lorenzo Santana – Partner

Licensed CPA – 10 years experience in budget tracking systems in English language-friendly US-AIA reporting systems, including the use of the G-703 reporting and budget tracking formats for United States-based institutional investors.

Lorenzo is a master administrator of the budget tracking process, including the administration of complex construction contracts overlaid with completion guarantee bonds and CIP insurance. Lorenzo is responsible for budget management and construction progress-tracking and the administration of the RED Group risk management disciplines.
